RESTRICTIONS: Open to male adults, as well as 16-17 year olds with parent

PREREQUISITES

1. Complete online application
2. Two photocopies of your passport
3. Turn in notarized medical and liability releases
4. Turn in signed covenant agreement
5. Hepatitis A and Tetanus shots are highly recommended

1. Meet all paperwork and trip cost deadlines.
2. Adhere to covenant
